    TOKYO, JAPAN, November 6, 2025 — NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. (formerly NTT Communications Corporation, hereinafter NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS) has been honored with two awards in the “Asia Pacific and Japan Partner Awards” announced by Palo Alto Networks on September 18, 2025: “Pinnacle Partner of the Year” and “Strategic Win of the Year (Cortex Cloud 2025).”

  • NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS and NTT Com Asia Launch “APN InterLink” Service in Hong Kong

    NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. (formerly NTT Communications Corporation, hereafter “NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS”) and its Hong Kong subsidiary, NTT Com Asia, today announced the launch of the “APN InterLink” service in Hong Kong for financial institutions starting November 1, 2025, leveraging All-Photonic Network (APN) technology in support of the IOWN initiative. Commercially deployed in Hong Kong, one of the leading Asia financial hubs, the new service leverages ultra-low latency photonics-based connectivity to address the evolving digital needs of the financial sector, especially for latency-sensitive trading, algorithmic trading, proximity market data access and real-time transaction.

  • Japan’s Telecommunications Carriers Enhance Collaborative Framework for Rapid Disaster Support by Implementing Evacuation Support Area Allocation

    Tokyo, October 22, 2025 – Japan’s eight telecommunications companies – NTT, Inc., NTT EAST, NTT WEST, NTT DOCOMO and NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS (the NTT Group), KDDI Corporation, SoftBank Corp. and Rakuten Mobile – today announced the implementation of area allocation for evacuation shelter support and the standardization of an information dissemination system starting October 22, 2025. These measures, complementing the cooperative information-sharing system launched in early July 2025, are being implemented by the companies with the aim of further expediting support for disaster-affected areas during large-scale disasters.

  • Mitsubishi Electric, NTT Com and SK C&C Commence Test Project Aimed at Visualizing Supply Chain Carbon Footprints

    TOKYO, JAPAN, May 19, 2025 — Mitsubishi Electric, NTT Communications and SK C&C announced today that they will commence a groundbreaking test project on June 1st aimed at achieving the automated calculation and visualization of product carbon footprints across entire supply chains. This initiative, utilizing the Catena-X data ecosystem, the first open and collaborative data ecosystem designed specifically for the automotive industry, will leverage cutting-edge technology to facilitate the secure, safe and seamless exchange of information between companies. The goal is to establish a system that accurately captures and quantifies greenhouse gas emissions.     TOKYO, JAPAN, March 27, 2025 — NTT Corporation, Biome Inc., NTT Com, NTT COMWARE, NTT DATA and NTT DOCOMO announced today that they have jointly begun developing technology enabling the large-scale estimation of vegetation and biological organisms through remote sensing. By combining NTT Group's assets, including satellite image data analysis technology, with Biome's real-time "BiomeDB" database of organisms, one of the largest in Japan with over 8.5 million entries, they aim to establish comprehensive and continuous methods for collecting and analyzing data related to vegetation and organisms. This initiative will support biodiversity monitoring and contribute to achieving a nature-positive society.

    Tokyo, March 7, 2025 – Japan’s eight telecommunications companies – Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, NTT East, NTT West, NTT DOCOMO and NTT Communications (the NTT Group), KDDI Corporation, SoftBank Corp. and Rakuten Mobile – conducted on-site training for the joint use of marine vessels from March 4 to 7, 2025, as part of their cooperative framework launched on December 1, 2024, aimed at ensuring the rapid restoration of communication networks in the event of large-scale disasters. The drill was held in Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
