TOKYO, JAPAN — NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT (NYSE: NTT) Group, announced today that it has been named one of the “champions” in the Frost Industry Quotient (IQ) – Asia Pacific Hosted Telephony and Unified Communications Service Providers for 2015.
According to Frost and Sullivan, “NTT Com has established an extensive network infrastructure worldwide. Its hosted telephony and UC services are spread uniformly over the Asia-Pacific region with markets in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia showing healthy growth prospects. Arcstar UCaaS portfolio based on Cisco HCS system provides all-in-one cloud offerings with voice, IM/presence, conferencing. Its SIP trunking portfolio is attracting more customers from the large orgniasation segment.”
Frost & Sullivan has evaluated the 11 major service providers in the Asia Pacific region and assessed them using the Frost Industry Quotient (Frost IQ) matrix. The matrix comprises four quadrants: champions, challengers, defenders and explorers, based on a combination of market share performance and future growth strategies as determined by Frost & Sullivan research.
