Professional Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Experience in New vendor selection and managing the relationship with international telecom carriers.
  • Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc,
  • Experience in Circuit price negotiations.
  • Strong background in network planning & Solutions.
  • Experience in Network Optimization and/or cost reductions.
  • Proven experience with international contract/MSA management and negotiation.
  • Local Access and or other Telecom Pricing team experience
  • Strong knowledge of Access technologies and solutions like NNI, Private line, Frame, MPLS, Ethernet, DSL, etc
  • Handle service delivery and operational issues with vendors as part of vendor management.
  • Handle and negotiate billing disputes when required
  • Excellent and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • The ability to motivate and drive change within the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
