You should have an advanced understanding of MPLS and Internet service provider network architectures and last mile network access technologies.
Virtela Technology Services Incorporated is looking for a Manager of Global Network Operations for its Global Network Operations Center (GOC). The GOC is responsible for the 24×7 operations of all Virtela managed network services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as an operations leader in a network service provider environment, a creative thinker, problem solver, mentor, fantastic manager of people and drive a culture of passionate customer support.
As the Manager of the Global Network Operations, you must have excellent customer facing communications skills and a demonstrated ability to lead incident management and customer escalations. The ideal candidate has the ability to lead the resolution of complex network issues. You will also be responsible to manage escalations with network access and backbone providers to resolve network outages and performance issues.
