The Account Manager is responsible for driving overall growth and project management of an existing customer base by increasing account penetration, increasing sales revenue, and tracking and managing delivery and support issues. This position is part of the direct sales team with a focus of building relationships with existing client contacts by identifying new sales opportunities and exceeding customer expectations.
